Tools For Manifesting

Last post I discussed the importance of visualization. This post I'd like to give you a few useful tools to incorporate into your daily routine for manifesting what you desire.

1. Invest in books on Crystal Healing.

Decide which ones resonate with you and purchase them to carry and have around you.

2. Meditate for a minimum of five minutes at least twice a day, three would be ideal. Then build yourself up to a half hour.

Use meditation music to distract your mind from wandering.

Focusing on a mantra or word you say to yourself works as well.

3. Post affirmations where you can see them.

4. Use your imagination.

The brain can't tell what is real and what is imagined. Get into the feeling of having what you desire and hold onto that feeling as if you aleady have it for as long as you can.

5. Have fun with this and keep away from negative people as much as possible.

And don't tell people what your desires are. 

 

Wait until they manifest.
